As you know, this weekend we have two of the most notorious abortionists in the county who have gathered together to celebrate 29 years of killing children. George Tiller and LeRoy Carhart specialize in killing children in the 7th, 8th, and 9th months of pregnancy.
This is an outrage and an enormous disgrace to the entire community of Wichita!
It is our contention that these men do not represent the convictions of the pro-life or the pro-abortion advocates of Wichita. Their philosophy and conduct are inconsistent with human decency common to all men. Generally, even people that hold to a pro-abortion position struggle deeply with the agonizing decision of allowing a child to die. They are reluctant, saddened and regretful. These men are celebrating! Most who hold the pro-abortion position believe much like our last President of the United States Bill Clinton who said he wanted to see abortions "safe," "legal" and "rare." "Rare" is obviously not the desire of these two men. "Popular," "abundant" and "free" are what they promote.
It is important for the City of Wichita to make the distinction and completely understand their vocation. They kill children. They are not women advocates; they are not interested in women's health nor are they concerned about the welfare of our poor. They are predators that prey on frightened and desperate women. They make their living killing children. And they do it in our city!
We are appealing to people of Wichita to take a final stand against George Tiller and his practice of child killing. We must bring to bear upon him all the powers of heaven and earth until he is driven out of our city. By applying spiritual, political, legal, social, and economic pressure to his livelihood, we will see our city abortion free and the shame removed.
